Expected collection tools will include Collection Requirements Analysis Tool for the Enterprise (CRATE), Multidomain administrative Graphical Interface for CDIR (MAGIC), Counterintelligence and HUMINT Requirements Reporting and Operations Management Environment (CHROME), RIGHTMS, OSCARMS, National SIGINT Requirements Process (NSRP) and GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) * Possess working familiarity with Record Message Traffic (RMT) and Analytical Notebook.

Evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection against requirements and the execution of collection plans and strategies to generate reliable and valid intelligence to customers.

Identifies collection gaps, related trends and opportunities assesses collection options, tests assumptions, and produces judgements, recommendations and solutions to refine collection.

Assist in developing methods and criteria to evaluate whether collection requirements been satisfied, using Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs), Measures of Performance (MOPs), responses to collection plans and strategies, and others, and produces feedback of findings.

Assess the value of collected intelligence versus the customers’ need(s) and decision making.

Collaborates across the IC to understand customer intelligence needs and gaps to optimize developing and validating collection requirements for the customer.

Monitor supported command or agency production satisfaction regarding satisfaction of collection requirements.
